The company was originally established in 2014 under the name PT Oil Tanking Nusantara Persada, operating within Indonesia’s regulated energy distribution ecosystem.
During this period, the company built its legal foundation, operational experience, and industry network.

In October 2024, the company entered a new phase following a strategic acquisition and corporate transformation.
